Living in Tokyo, Japan

Studied oil painting at Fukuoka University of Education.

Taught art at the Casa del Artista, San Jose, Costa Rica for two years.

Was fascinated by Hawaiian Quilts while raising children.

Specializing in making accessories, bed spreads and tapestries.

Started making movies about the Hawaiian quilt production process in the hopes of offering stay-at-home activities during the Corona pandemic.

Received the prize of World Quilt Award 2023 Hawaiian Quilt Category Excellence Award

Currently, creating original design Hawaiian quilts while raising four bilingual children.
